AVDK.NET

AVDK.NET is an independent and autonomous organization that strives for smart choices and perfection for its customers while remaining affordable. Thinking multi-culturally and using excellent communication skills, thorough and innovative solutions are sought.

An example of an ongoing project is InfoWi, an innovative network of info stations that delivers stable and secure high-quality multimedia information.

HOW IT WORKS

InfoWi offers services in two ways:

- Bring your own device (BYOD), where the user (customer or visitor) uses his own device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).

- Digital Signage, where centrally controlled interfaces are used by the content provider (airline, hotel, bank, museum, pleasure boat, bus ...) like smart tv’s, projection screens, info kiosks or desktop computers.

Both means are used as a network of electronic displays that are centrally managed and individually addressable for the display of text, animated or video messages for advertising, information, entertainment and merchandising to targeted audiences.

In turbulent times like today, where doing business in Europe is regaining momentum, AVDK.NET aimed to provide the Dutch market with access to products that were previously difficult or nearly impossible to obtain, made in a corner of the European Union, namely Greece. Thus, the hybrid digital space @C.A.S.T. was born.

AVDK.NET was developed by Annemieke van der Kaaij, a Dutch independent entrepreneur who has lived in Greece for over 30 years. After participating in the Orange Grove project, implemented by the Dutch government to support the economic crisis that hit the European partner Greece, she took the initiative to mix the products of Greek crisis survivors, SMEs from various sectors such as the shoe industry and the IT sector.

Two Greek shoe manufacturers were presented on the Dutch market with the help of innovative software and hardware resources. The shoe industry was represented by the renowned shoe manufacturers Chaniotakis SA and another well-known Greek shoe brand.

The presentation of both brands was made possible with the help of innovative software and hardware resources, namely Digital Shelve from Vision2Watch & InfoWi from Dynacomp S.A.. Both IT companies are Greek companies.
